Brian GeoffreySLATERPassed away suddenly at The Royal Derby Hospital on the 22nd May, aged 79. Husband to Janice. devoted Father to Claire and Laura, and a loving Grandad. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday 19th June at Trent Valley Crematorium, Aston-on-Trent at 12.30pm. Donations may be given on the day, to support Pulmonary Fibrosis.
